Storage Wars

This is one of my favorite shows right now " storage wars ". Actually its me and my husbands favorite. This show is about an abandoned storage units and get auctioned to interested buyers. There are 4 major buyer who normally fight for the unit that they want. Some has the money to do it but some just pisses somebody else. I like the concept of the show. It is very interesting and very entertaining. This show is aired every Wednesday at A&E channel at 9 in the evening. I am excited to see their new episodes starting Wednesday. The picture on the upper right are the major bidders and at the middle is the host of the show and an auctioneer.

It's the finale of The Bachelor tonight and I am watching it right now. I am very curious who is he going to choose to be his wife. Would like him to choose timly. Oh they look so good together and I like the timly's attitude compare to vienna. She from the beginning was hated by some other girls. I just hope Jake chooses the right woman for him this time.

Direct TV Everywhere!

Our favorite restaurant is the Peking Garden. It is a one of the Chinese Restaurants here in our area. My husband and I loved dining in this restaurant because their food selection are great and the people are nice. What I also love in the restaurant is their entertainment which is direct tv. It does entertain us and the rest of the people eating there.

Yes, direct tv is not only for household entertainment but also business. If you have an operational business you must acquire for this package. What they've got is the Commercial DIRECT TV, DIRECT TV Business and DIRECT TV for business. To me this is one way of giving entertainment to your clients while they are in your facility. This will give them the true ambiance of your place.

I really salute direct tv for their business. They make everybody's lives more entertaining and happy. I also remember when I was admitted in the hospital to deliver our baby. I still get a hold of my favorite shows and still updated on what's going on. I am truly amazed with their different packages.

Filipino Channel On Direct TV

I was very surprised when my father in law told me the other night that he had purchased a new program on Direct TV. At first, I was just like okay that's great. But later he reveals the surprised. He said that the new program that he purchased were Filipino Channels. Wow! I was very astounded and so speechless when he said that.

I was very happy and now getting excited because they will install it tomorrow. I think I saw few commercials with the Filipino channel on DirectTV but was not really brought it up to my husband because I just normally watch my shows online. But now with directv, I can watch my shows in a huge screen, that is awesome. They will give us a month trial period though and see if we will keep it or turn it down. For sure we will keep it because aside from just watching my show, my husband could learn our dialect too by watching some of the shows with me.

Oh! today is Sunday and they will be here tomorrow. I am excited and anxious to see their programs. My dad in law told me that there are at least 28 channels for the Filipino shows. Oh that would be so awesome and I can't wait. Told my husband about it and he said it was very interesting. I am just glad that I can still watch my shows from the Philippines eventhough I am already residing here in the States.

Home Entertainment With Direct TV

Direct TV has been around the market for how many years now. They have serving most of the consumers here in the United States. Even if you do a survey, Direct Satellite TV is still the leading television network in the market. I would attest to that because we have been using this service for a while now and it gives us satisfaction on our entertainment. The programs are awesome and the connection is just amazing.

What I love about their service is I can still watch my program on a different time slot if I missed it on a regular time slot. They have this western and eastern time which enable us to watch any program twice. Meaning, if I missed Survivor series that is usually aired around 7 Thursday night, I can still watch it around 10 in the evening on the same day. This is what amazes me because I will never miss my favorite programs on TV. And tell you what they have over 200 channels to choose from.

Aside from there great deals such as channels and time slot. Location is not a problem too. If you live somewhere in the United States, lets say Florida, they can still reach you through Direct TV in Florida. Isn't that amazing that they will come to you just to offer you a great service and an awesome package for your entertainment at home. What more you could ask for? Get direct tv now!

I also like Craig Furgeson's late night show too as well as comics unlesh..Hehehehe..

The Good Wife

Oh my God I so love this show since it was aired on CBS 2 every Tuesday. Alicia is such a good actress and a junior associate as she portrait on the show. The show is the new hit drama on television right now. I really like her attitude though. A very strong, determined and smart woman. Here's some of the buzz..

Alicia Florrick is a good wife, but that doesn't mean she is never attracted to other men. With her cheating husband in jail for corruption, who could blame her if she indulges in a little flirting? In this episode, Alicia becomes attracted to her handsome co-counsel (Chris Bowers) and his unorthodox approach to their case, which is defending the daughter of one of the firm's partners.

Excellent Service Of Direct TV

I know each one of us wants a continuous viewing of our favorite television show. The problem sometimes is the network. Some network doesn't have quality service or package that will let us have a 24/7 access with our program. I know how it feels to be left out in the middle of our favorite programs because of some interruptions. It is very frustrating right? But there's a television network that can provide us an excellent service with a continuous viewing of our favorite shows, it's none other than Direct TV.

Direct TV is now excelling in the market. A lot of their clients were satisfied with the services that they offer for so many years now. We use directv too and we love the service that we are getting. I can watch my program anytime. Whether it is on western time or eastern time line. I so love this television network because it gives us entertainment constantly.

Direct TV can as well reach you wherever you may be. They can provide you the service in wherever state you live in. Just like us, we live in Mississippi and it's the television network we are using right now. And if you are living in Texas, Direct TV in Texas can still provide the services we get. The coverage is great and deals are very affordable. If somebody will offer us with a package for a lower price, still we will choose direct tv because we are very satisfied with their service.

In addition Direct TV in Florida is also available. As well Direct TV in New York and Direct TV in California.

Survivor Samoa Series

Survivor Samoa was aired again tonight and finally the tribe Fao Fao their first challenge. Well it's about time though because they lose for 3 consecutive times. Galu tribe met with Jeff at the tribal counsel and Jazmine got voted out. I think they did the right thing though because she is not really helping. I am glad that Shambo is still there. On the other hand, I really want Russell of Fao Fao voted out if they will ever go to tribal councel again..

Direct TV Package

Direct TV is the leading television network nowadays. Many residents here in the United States are using their service and were very satisfied with it. We are one of the subscribers of Directv. We liked their programs, their package, their services and we are very satisfied with it. The money we pay every month for our subscription is very worth to spend.

DirectTV offers a lot of benefit to their subscribers. They will even install all the tools needed to start up your television network. Yes an experienced stuff will come to your house and install everything for you. Their package comes with the DVR that lets you record a certain program and watch it again. The survivor episode tonight was exceptional. Another member from Jalao was sent home again. The votes were for Taj and Sydney but Sydney was sent home. It is really getting close to the final episode which the sole survivor. Both teams has few members and any time soon a merge will be made. Hopefully the winning survivor really deserves the title. Well, I am waiting for next eposide again and that's on next Thursday.

Battlestar bids farewell

Being a huge fan of Sci Fi channel, Battlestar Galactica is one of my favorite show but it bid goodbye to everyone. I will miss watching it and hopefully Sci Fi channel will produce this kind of series again.

One of the best science-fiction series ever put on television closes out Friday, March 20, as Battlestar Galactica ends its four-season run with a two-hour finale. In a galaxy somewhere south of it, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, an animated series on the Cartoon Network, ends its first season on a ratings roll.

So the question is: Are we ever going to see something in the middle of these two series? BSG (as its fans call it) was able to capture viewers who didn’t identify themselves as lovers of sci-fi. And the George Lucas project Star Wars: The Clone Wars has drawn both kids and adults. But with one idle and the other departing for good there’s no science fiction on broadcast television right now worth watching. A glimmer of hope surrounded Joss Whedon’s Dollhouse, but the series is larded with conceptual failure and bad acting. Its counterpart on Fox’s schedule, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, was once viewed as can’t-miss material but has since faded badly in the ratings. Either the two shows will be the combined beneficiary of Fox’s largesse or they’ll go down the drain together.

There are plenty of other series amalgamated into the sci-fi genre even though — aside from the long-running Doctor Who — most are not what mainstream viewers would call “science fiction” and none is making much noise in the ratings.

More importantly, none of them are making a critical impact like Battlestar Galactica, a superb drama that bears almost no resemblance to the cheesy late ’70s series of the same name. Ronald D. Moore “reimagined” the series in 2004 for the Sci-Fi channel and slowly the word spread to the mainstream that something special was happening on this genre show.

Indeed it was.

The series managed to be a thrilling, dense and evocative home for stories about existentialism, race, religion, war, friendship, the search for identity, family, politics, tribalism and, sure enough, science fiction. The writing, acting and visuals on BSG elevated it to the stratosphere of creative television — a series worthy of top 10 lists that encompassed network, ad-supported and pay cable. (The good news for people who haven’t seen one frame of it is now you can start renting or buying the DVDs and working toward the finale that has so many die-hards anticipating tonight’s end game.) An executive at another ad-supported cable channel once wisely said if BSG had another million dollars to spend on each episode it wouldn’t be any good. What he meant was that tight budgets forced the writers to shy away from stereotypical space battles and bluster, focusing more closely on the storytelling. That’s why BSG managed to cross over and appeal to mainstream TV audiences. The series deftly balanced the kind of mythology that fuels sci-fi enthusiasts with dramatic arcs that enthralled fans of more terrestrial fare. As soon as viewers found out that the bulk of the stories surrounded a phalanx of nuanced characters, they bought in.

Because BSG elevated science fiction to high art you’d think TV executives would be searching for something similar to it. Despite the acclaim BSG garnered, there’s a fear of trying to do something too dark or moody, traits that drew critics to the series in the first place. And while cops, doctors and lawyers are dominating the current pilot process, some networks are giving sci-fi a longer look. ABC is remaking V about an alien invasion (based on a miniseries from the ’80s) and Flash Forward, based on a science-fiction book by Robert J. Sawyer — but written for the small screen by Brannon Braga (the latter-era Star Trek series) and David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, the story for The Dark Knight). Fox is making Human Target, based on the DC Comics character who assumes the identity of those he’s trying to protect. And NBC is developing Day One, a futuristic series that picks up after a global disaster.

But on the small screen, sci-fi breakthroughs are rare. It could be that V or Flash Forward or Human Target ignore special effects and fantastical gibberish and really focus on the narrative, the character development, the writing, acting, directing and the sustaining of an original vision from season to season. That’s how you achieve greatness. But even most non-genre series come to realize brilliance is a fantasy they can’t attain. Which makes Battlestar Galactica all the more stellar in comparison.
