Jacksonville NC Homes

I have a friend who lives inJacksonville NC homes. Actually they just bought their house last year. They said it was a pretty nice deal because of the tax rebate they've got for first time home buyers. I am happy for them because they have their own place and how I wish we have our own place and privacy too. Probably soon I guess. If not here in the United States most probably in the Philippines. According to my friend, the package was great. Awesome location. Affordable monthly mortgage and the scenery on the place are fantastic. Oh well, maybe someday it will be our turn to have own. Probably if not with the monthly house mortgage we are paying in Kansas, we could probably afford our home for a long time. Wow! Just saying it is a huge relieve on my part.
