Web Based Training

When I was still in the Philippines, I use to work in a motorcycle industry. This company is not a small time company but it is a multi billion company. Every year, they conduct seminars and training for all their employees and one training that I joined was the web based training. They conducted this training to help improve the performances of their employees without the high cost of on-site training. Usually it is facilitated by our human resources staff. As I remembered this system is an e-learning development that delivers web-based training and e-learning systems application software and video production services at a cost much less than manuals. The company let us experienced this system for an easier and more productive work in selling our product. It helps a lot and it increases our sales that time because of the application we used based on the training that we had.
