Proud Parents

Oh I am so proud with my girl. This her now. On her last appointment dated March 24, 2010, she was weighing 11.14 pounds and 22 1/2 inches long..Wow!!!She is growing like a weed....lol..But we are happy that she is a healthy baby and growing. She is a good baby. She will only fuss if she is hungry, wet or dirty but outside of that she calm, playing or asleep.

Proud Parents

I just want to share the things that our precious little one could as early as 2 weeks old. As I've mentioned, she could roll on her side now and she pretty liked this position. She feels so comfortable when she's lying on her side.

The other thing is she knows how to hold her bottle on her own. We find it so cute and so adorable just looking at her holding her bottle. We can't believe that she can now do this things as early as two weeks old and of course we are very proud parents.

Busy Parents

It has been so busy lately around the house. Since we got back from the hospital, the baby is the center of attention. She is doing pretty good. She eat well, sleep well and very healthy according to her pediatrician this morning. Our baby is so precious and we enjoy every second that we spend with her. My sleeping routine had totally changed. I am not complaining though because I love being a mom and spending every minute with my child is all worth it. I am so thankful with husband because he is so supportive and always there to help me. Yes he is still at home because he requested for another 2 weeks off from work. I just miss our time together though. One night I cried because I just miss the "alone" time we have. Well this must be the rules of becoming a parent/s and I know he understand. I just make it a point that we still have time for each other especially when the baby is asleep.

Addie Mae is 8 days old today and as I've mentioned above she had her doctors appointment today. Her doctor said that she's very healthy and doing great. She gained few ounces in weeks time which is great and we are happy about that. We enjoyed our baby's growth so much. She can now lift her head by her own at an early stage. Every time she throw a smile, it is very precious. We are so looking forward to our baby's growth everyday.

Becoming a parent

We are newly wed couple that are planning to built a family in the future. We are only married for 5 months but we are very excited to have our own baby. It is funny sometimes because whenever I am delayed on my menstruation, everyone think that I am pregnant already but unfortunately it always end up negative. We never lose hope that one day God will give us what we desire and as a preparation I have been reading books and articles about pregnancy and also found parentsconnect.com as one of my references. This site is very informative and very helpful for us who are just starting to build our family. We want 2 -3 kids. We agree that whatever God will give us we will heartily accept it. I know my husband wants a baby boy and I want a baby girl. Day with Kids

Today was a great day because I spent most of my time with the kids at the church. We had so much fun and they enjoyed. We made cookies and decorated them. We made cards for their parents and I find it so amazing that they had fun doing this kind of activity. My parents in law were there to help too. Women at the church find it so sweet because the kids made cookies for them. Everyone was just so fascinated of what they did and their parents were so proud of them. I am also proud that I get the chance to work them and had fun with them. Here's some of the pictures I took:

Pregnancy test kit

Pregnancy test is done when you are delayed from your period or if you really feel your pregnant and you are not sure if you are.
