Save Lives

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of CryoCell International. All opinions are 100% mine.

When I was pregnant with my daughter before, I always get a letter from Cryco-cell in the mail. The letter has some information about saving your baby's cord blood aka umbilical cord. I wasn't really aware on what is it going to with me and on the baby until my Doctor brought it up and gave relevant information. It was really a one of a kind information that could many lives in the long run. Now I completely understand the main purpose of this institution and I applaud them for that. Saving lives is one of a kind mission and Cryo-Cell is really a patron on this service. They are the company keepsake the cord blood of your child until it is necessary to use. Or just like any other bank that instead of depositing money, here you will deposit a cord blood the same thing they do on blood bank. It does portrait a huge role to the community because it could change and save many lives. Saving a cord blood could already treat 75 diseases like leukemia, anemia, lymphoma and many more. So save lives with Cryco-cell because they save lives for you. Be ready for the future especially for you children because you'll never know what time could bring.

Dream Vacation

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Kissimmee Tourism. All opinions are 100% mine.

Ever since I was a kid I always dreamed of going to Disney World. I never thought that it could be possible, but dreams do come true when you least expect it. I am residing in the states now in Mississippi to be exact. The dream of going to Disney World is now within my reach because Florida is just four hour drive from our house. We planned going there before as our anniversary getaway, but I got pregnant and we didn't push through the vacation. This time, I already gave birth and our daughter is now eight months old and making the trip there is now very possible. We have no definite dates yet, but we plan on going there next year. That way the baby is already one year and could appreciate more on what surrounds her. Next to Disney World, I also wanted to visit Kissimmee too, which is the heart of Florida. I have heard so much about this place and very curious on what Kissimmee could bring on our vacation. It helped when I visited their website as to what we will expect to do when you get there. I definitely want to try the zip lining, airboat rides and horseback riding. I can really say that Kissimmee Florida is one of a kind destination with awesome vacation packages for the family and for all ages.

Oil rig explosion: Is oil leaking from Mariner Energy rig near Vermillion Bay?

An oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico Thursday morning forced all 13 crew members to evacuate into the water.

Company officials said in a statement Thursday morning that the incident does not appear to have resulted in an oil leak. The Associated Press, however, has reported that the Coast Guard says there is a mile long, 100 foot-wide oil sheen near the platform.

The fire occurred on a platform about 100 miles south of Louisiana’s Vermillion Bay and west of the site of the Deepwater Horizon accident. The rig is in 320 feet of water, much shallower than the mile-deep well operated by BP that caused a massive oil spill this summer.

The shallower water would make an attempt to plug any leak significantly easier.

The Coast Guard dispatched helicopters, airplanes, and four cutters to the scene. The crew members had evacuated the rig in immersion suits and were picked up in the water by an oil service boat. The company says no injuries have been reported.

The facility, Vermillion Block 380, is owned by Mariner Energy Inc., an independent oil and gas exploration, development, and production company based in Houston. The company holds 350 offshore exploration leases, with 110 currently in development, according to the company’s website.

The platform collected production from seven wells producing about 1,400 barrels of oil per day and 9 million cubic feet of gas. Production was shut down, the company said, before the crew evacuated.

Love it!!

We were at Kenner, Louisiana yesterday and Oh my God my husband brought me to this place where I could find a bunch of Filipino foods. Yes, you got that one right. He brought me to the Asian market at Kenner and Oh my!!! they have a big store and a huge selection. Most of the food that I miss are all there and of course I picked out everything that I wanted as what my loving husband told me. This place is 2 hours drive from the house and I don't really blame him if I go shopping all the way..Lol..As you can see in the picture, those are some of the items that we bought .

Wow!!!that's all I can say. The bagoong (fish sauce) that I have been wanting to buy was also there. I can just go shopping there the whole day. Their store is 4 times bigger than the Asian market that we have here in our area and the selection is just exceptional. I hope to go back there next month for another grocery trip and I will make it sure it will last for a month..Lol..

Good evening to all!!!
